Drama, art & creative expression
Words are not the only path inward. We may use imagination, metaphor, image-making, writing, movement, or other expressive tools to explore what feels hard to name and help insight become more embodied.
Therapy for neurodivergent, multicultural, and insight-oriented adults — rooted in authenticity, creativity, belonging, and culturally attuned care.
I’m a therapist in private practice who works with adults seeking a more authentic, grounded, and sustainable way of moving through life. Many of my clients are thoughtful, creative, talkative, reflective, and intellectually engaged — people with rich inner worlds who want therapy that can meet them with both depth and warmth.
My practice is especially affirming for adults with ADHD and other neurodivergent experiences, BIPOC and third culture clients, and Muslims and Arab or Middle Eastern Americans. I believe healing happens in relationship — in a space where you do not have to translate yourself, shrink yourself, or leave important parts of your identity at the door.
I weave together evidence-based modalities and creative practice, always centering your pace, your culture, and your way of knowing.
Words are not the only path inward. We may use imagination, metaphor, image-making, writing, movement, or other expressive tools to explore what feels hard to name and help insight become more embodied.
Listening to the body’s cues can reveal where stress, overwhelm, and old patterns are held. Together, we slow down enough to notice sensation, breath, and nervous system responses with care and curiosity.
Your culture, lineage, faith, and lived experiences matter. I hold space for layered identities, belonging, and complexity without asking you to over-explain or translate your world.
I aim to create a welcoming, safe space shaped by authenticity, empowerment, resilience, and even moments of levity. Therapy can be deep work and still leave room for humanity and breath.
I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation so we can see whether it feels like a good fit. There’s no pressure — just a chance to connect and learn what support you’re looking for.
